Who is behind it
contexteng.de is run by Jonas Cords — a requirements engineer, technical product owner and business analyst with around 15 years of project experience at the interface between business and IT.
Since 2010 he has guided corporations through digitalization, system migrations and process integration: as interim product owner for the Deutsche Bahn long-distance customer portal (~10M users per year), as requirements engineer and technical product owner for a Deutsche Vermögensberatung mobile app (160,000 users, PSD2 and VideoIdent integration), and as PMO on a BASF SE digitalization program including robotic process automation.
His core skill is translation: turning fuzzy business goals into testable requirements, and requirements into a system that actually ships. That discipline — clean requirements engineering, clear ownership, and a solid business case before the first line of code — is the foundation of context engineering.
